Captain Thinking was founded by a current UK airline captain, father of two, and a lifelong problem-solver who knows the power of non-technical (soft) skills.
In aviation, we don’t guess. We think clearly under pressure. We make decisions based on logic, empathy, and facts. That’s the mindset we bring to education.

The Captain Thinking core team is made up of current UK airline Captains who are also parents (and grandparents) of school age children. We will be following their progress through the key stages and gives us the unique ability to tailor our work in real time.
